Sunlight was pleased to see that our blog on NJEA PAC’s contributions to union-friendly slates in Wayne, Sparta, Ringwood and Old Bridge was picked up by the Choffo, Raia, Ferise slate running for the Parsippany school board. The three candidates penned a piece in TapInto Parsippany that highlighted the NJEA’s ability to swoop into local elections and tip the scales in favor of union-friendly slates. This allows the deep-pocketed, state-level NJEA to create uneven playing fields wherever and whenever it chooses and help perpetuate various union-friendly status quos across the state.
NJEdReport also reposted our blog with a great picture of scales being tipped. Thanks!
